Walking
From the main entrance of the Apostolic Palace, head south towards Piazza San Pietro. Once you reach the square, walk straight through it, continuing towards Via della Conciliazione. Keep walking along this street until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica, and turn left. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Via dell'Erba. Turn right onto Via dell'Erba and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. You will see the entrance to the San Gregorio al Celio on your left at Piazza di San Gregorio al Celio 1.

From the Apostolic Palace, walk to the nearest bus stop at Piazza San Pietro. Board bus number 64 towards Termini station. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the stop called 'San Giovanni - Laterano'. Walk east on Via di Porta San Giovanni, then turn left onto Via di San Gregorio. Continue walking until you reach Piazza di San Gregorio al Celio. The San Gregorio al Celio will be located at Piazza di San Gregorio al Celio 1.
