From the Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the junction with Via della Stazione di San Pietro. Continue walking straight through the intersection until you reach the intersection with Via dei Balestrari. Turn right onto Via dei Balestrari, and you will find Dearoma Tours & Travel at number 11 on your left.

Exit the Sistine Chapel and make your way to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the end of Viale Vaticano. Take bus number 81 in the direction of 'Piazza Venezia'. After about 5 stops, get off at the stop 'Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina'. From there, walk straight along Via dei Balestrari for about 5 minutes, and Dearoma Tours & Travel will be on your right at number 11.
