From the Sistine Chapel, exit through the main entrance and head towards the Vatican Museums entrance. Once outside, turn left and walk towards the Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight until you reach the large square known as St. Peter's Square. From there, head towards the bridge called Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge, and after crossing, turn right onto Via dei Banchi Nuovi. Continue straight until you reach Largo dei Librari, which is a small square that you will find on your left. The journey should take about 20-25 minutes.
