From St. Peter's Square, head towards the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. As you exit the square, walk straight along Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking until you reach the end of this road, where it intersects with Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Turn left onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and proceed along this street for about 600 meters. The Basilica of Sant'Andrea della Valle will be on your right, easily identifiable by its grand facade.

Alternatively, from St. Peter's Square, you can take a more scenic route. Exit the square and walk straight towards the Tiber River. Once you reach the river, turn left and walk along the riverbank. After about 800 meters, you will reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo (Sant'Angelo Bridge). Cross the bridge, and you will be on the other side of the Tiber. As you exit the bridge, turn right onto Via di Tor di Nona, then take another right onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. The Basilica of Sant'Andrea della Valle will be ahead on your left.
