Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums and head towards the main entrance. Once you are outside, turn left and walk down Viale Vaticano until you reach the bus stop at Piazza Stazione di San Pietro. Take bus number 982 towards Nemi. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the stop 'Nemi, Piazza Roma'. From there, it is a short walk to your destination at Piazza Roma, 44.
Public Transport
As you leave the Sistine Chapel, make your way to the nearest Metro station, Ottaviano. Take Metro Line A towards Anagnina and get off at Termini station. From Termini, switch to the regional train service (FR) towards Velletri. Get off at Nemi station. Once you arrive at Nemi station, you can either take a local bus to Piazza Roma or walk, which will take about 15 minutes.
