Walking
From the entrance of the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums and head towards the main Vatican City entrance. Once outside, turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight until you reach Piazza San Pietro. From there, head down Via della Conciliazione, which will lead you out of the Vatican area. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via Quattro Novembre. Turn right onto Via Quattro Novembre, and you will find the Opera da Camera di Roma at number 107 on your left side.

From the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums and head towards the nearest bus stop located at Piazza San Pietro. Take bus number 81 in the direction of 'Piazza Venezia'. Ride for about 5 stops and get off at 'Piazza Venezia'. From there, walk along Via Quattro Novembre; the Opera da Camera di Roma is located at number 107, just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
