From the Sistine Chapel, exit through the main entrance and head towards the Vatican Museums exit. Once outside, turn left and walk along Viale Vaticano. Continue straight for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach Piazzale degli Eroi. From there, take the first right onto Via Giovanni Battista de Rossi. Continue on this road until you reach Via Ludovico Micara. Finally, turn left onto Via Ludovico Micara, and you will find Orange Umbrella Tours at number 41 on your left.

After exiting the Sistine Chapel, walk towards the entrance of the Vatican Museums and take the metro at Ottaviano - San Pietro station (Line A). Travel two stops towards Anagnina and get off at Lepanto station. Exit the metro and walk towards the right on Via Lepanto. Continue straight until you reach Piazza del Risorgimento. From there, turn left onto Viale Giulio Cesare and walk straight until you reach Piazzale degli Eroi.
