    From the Sistine Chapel, exit and head towards the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Once you reach the entrance, turn left onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Pza San Lorenzo in Lucina. Cross the street and continue straight onto Via dei Prefetti. Follow this street as it curves and merges into Pza della Cancelleria. The Palazzo della Cancelleria will be on your right at P.za della Cancelleria, 1.

    Exit the Sistine Chapel and follow the signs to the Vatican Museums exit. Once outside, turn left and head towards Via della Conciliazione. Walk along this road until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the bridge (Ponte Sant'Angelo) and walk straight along Lungotevere, then turn left onto Via di Panico. Follow this street until you reach the intersection with Via della Cancelleria. Turn right and you will see Palazzo della Cancelleria at P.za della Cancelleria, 1.

    After leaving the Sistine Chapel, walk back towards the Vatican Museums entrance. Go straight and take the first right onto Viale Vaticano. Continue until you reach the Vatican City exit. Once outside, turn left and proceed towards Via della Conciliazione. Walk towards the Tiber River and cross at Ponte Sant'Angelo. After crossing, turn right and follow the riverside walkway until you encounter Via di Panico. Turn left and continue to Pza della Cancelleria, where you will find Palazzo della Cancelleria on your right.
