From Piazza Navona, start by facing the beautiful Fountain of the Four Rivers. Head east towards the narrow street that runs alongside the fountain. Walk straight until you reach the first main intersection. Turn left onto Via di Santa Maria dell'Anima. Continue walking straight until you reach the Tiber River. Once you reach the river, you will need to navigate by turning right onto Via di San Lorenzo in Lucina, and then immediately left onto Via della Scrofa. Follow this street until you reach Via dei Baullari, where you will turn right. Campo de' Fiori will be on your left after a short walk.
