Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit the building and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, turn right and continue walking along Viale Vaticano. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Viale delle Mura Aurelie. Turn left onto Viale delle Mura Aurelie and walk straight until you reach the entrance of the beautiful gardens. Continue walking straight until you reach the large open space of Piazza di Siena. You'll find it easily recognizable by its lush greenery and the surrounding statues.
Walking
After visiting the Sistine Chapel, exit through the Vatican Museums' main exit. As you step out, turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Walk straight along this road, and you'll arrive at the intersection with Viale delle Mura Aurelie. At this intersection, turn right and continue straight until you see the entrance to the gardens leading to Piazza di Siena. The piazza is a short walk from there, surrounded by beautiful trees and fountains.
