Walking
To get to Piazza Testaccio from the Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and head towards the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Once you are outside, turn left and walk down Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Lungotevere Castello. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the intersection with Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Turn right onto Via di San Giovanni in Laterano and follow the street for about 15 minutes. When you reach the intersection with Via di Monte Testaccio, turn left. Piazza Testaccio will be on your right after a short walk.
