Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit through the main entrance and head towards the Basilica di San Pietro (St. Peter's Basilica). Once outside, turn left and walk along the Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Castello. Cross the street and continue to follow the road. At the next intersection, turn right onto Via di San Gregorio. Follow this road for approximately 600 meters, and you will arrive at the San Gregorio al Celio located at Piazza di San Gregorio al Celio 1.
Public Transport
From the Sistine Chapel, exit and walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on the Via della Conciliazione. Take bus number 40 towards 'Stazione Termini' (Termini Station). After about 5 stops, get off at the 'Piazza di Porta Maggiore' stop. From there, transfer to bus number 81 towards 'Stazione Trastevere'. Ride for 6 stops and get off at 'Piazza San Gregorio'. Walk a short distance to reach San Gregorio al Celio at Piazza di San Gregorio al Celio 1.
