    From the Sistine Chapel, walk towards the nearest bus stop located on Viale Vaticano. Take bus number 81 or 492 towards Termini. Stay on the bus for approximately 8 stops and get off at the stop 'Barberini.' From there, P.za Barberini will be a short walk away, just follow the signs.
