Walking
From Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and head towards the Vatican Museums entrance. Once outside, walk straight towards Viale Vaticano. Continue on Viale Vaticano for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Piazza San Pietro. At this point, take a left onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking straight for approximately 15 minutes. You will then see the imposing structure of Castel Sant'Angelo on your right. Keep walking until you reach the Tiber River, then turn right and follow the riverbank for a short distance. You will arrive at Piazza Augusto Imperatore, a large square known for its historical significance and beautiful architecture.

From Sistine Chapel, exit and walk to the nearest bus stop located on Viale Vaticano. Catch bus number 81 or 982 towards 'Piazza Venezia'. After about 6 stops, disembark at 'Piazza Venezia'. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk. Head towards Via del Corso and then take a left onto Via di San Lorenzo in Lucina. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via del Tritone.
