Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit through the main entrance and walk towards the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Once you reach the Basilica, turn left onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking straight on this road. After approximately 500 meters, you will reach the intersection with Via dei Banchi Nuovi. Cross the street and continue straight until you reach the next intersection. At the intersection, turn right onto Via di San Lorenzo in Lucina. Follow this street for about 400 meters until you reach the end of the street, where you will find Piazza Cenci on your right.
Public Transport
From the Sistine Chapel, exit and head towards the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Walk to the nearby bus stop 'Piazza San Pietro'. Take Bus 81 towards 'Trastevere' and get off at the stop 'Corso Vittorio Emanuele/Navona'. From there, walk straight along Corso Vittorio Emanuele II for about 300 meters, then turn right onto Via di San Lorenzo in Lucina. Continue straight for about 400 meters until you reach Piazza Cenci on your right.
