After passing St. Peter's Basilica, proceed straight, following the street that leads you out of the Vatican area. After about a 10-minute walk, you will reach Via della Conciliazione. Cross the street and continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via dei Cestari. Turn right onto Via dei Cestari and continue until you reach Piazza Mattei, which will be on your left. The entire walk should take approximately 25-30 minutes.
