From St. Peter's Basilica, exit the main entrance and walk towards the right. Follow the path towards the Vatican Museums entrance. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the large square of Piazza San Pietro. Continue walking straight, passing through the square, and you will arrive at the main street, Via della Conciliazione. Turn left and walk along this street for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Via del Gesù. Turn right onto Via del Gesù, and after a short walk, you will find Chiesa del Gesù at Piazza del Gesù.

Alternatively, you can take a more scenic route. Exit St. Peter's Basilica and head towards the Tiber River. Cross the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Once across, turn left and walk along the riverfront until you reach the next bridge, Ponte di Castel Sant'Angelo. Cross this bridge and turn right onto Via di San Giovanni in Laterano.
