Walking
From St. Peter's Square, head towards the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. As you exit the square, turn right onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight until you reach the end of this road, where it intersects with the Tiber River. Here, you will see a bridge called Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge, and once you are on the other side, continue straight onto Via di San Gregorio. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Viale delle Terme di Caracalla. Turn right onto Viale delle Terme di Caracalla, and you will find Caracalla's Baths at number 52 on your left. The total walking distance is approximately 2 kilometers and will take about 25-30 minutes.

Public Transport - Bus
From St. Peter's Square, walk to the nearest bus stop 'Piazza San Pietro'. Catch bus number 64 towards 'P.za Venezia'. Ride for about 5 stops and get off at 'Piazza di Porta San Giovanni'. From there, walk along Via di Porta San Giovanni, which will lead you to Viale delle Terme di Caracalla. Once you reach the intersection, turn left onto Viale delle Terme di Caracalla, and Caracalla's Baths will be at number 52 on your right. The total travel time will be around 30-35 minutes including walking and waiting for the bus.

From St. Peter's Square, walk to the nearest tram stop 'Piazza San Pietro' and take tram number 8 towards 'Dareste'. After about 7 stops, get off at 'Piazza Venezia'. From there, transfer to bus number 75 towards 'Termini' and ride for 3 stops until 'Viale delle Terme di Caracalla'. Get off and walk a short distance to number 52. The entire journey will take approximately 40-45 minutes.
