The Obelisco Mussolini is located in P.zza Lauro de Bosis, just a short walk away. To get there, head left from the square and walk along Via della Conciliazione. Follow this street until you reach the bridge, then turn right onto Via di Porta Angelica. Continue straight, and you will find P.zza Lauro de Bosis on your right.
