From St. Peter's Square, exit the square through the main entrance towards Via della Conciliazione. Walk straight down Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Tiber River. At the river, you will find the nearest metro station, Ottaviano. Take the metro line A towards Anagnina and get off at the Termini station. From Termini, transfer to the regional train line towards Ladispoli. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at Ladispoli station. Odescalchi Castle is about a 20-minute walk from the station. Exit the station and head towards Via Corrado Melone, where the castle is located.

Start at St. Peter's Square and walk to the Ottaviano metro station, which is about a 15-minute walk. Once at the station, take the Metro line A towards Anagnina. After about 5 stops, get off at Termini station. From Termini, you need to find the regional train that goes to Ladispoli. Purchase a ticket for Ladispoli, and board the train. The journey will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Ladispoli station, exit and walk towards Via Corrado Melone. Odescalchi Castle will be a short walk from the station.
