Walking
From St. Peter's Square, head towards the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica, located at the center of the square. Once you face the Basilica, turn left and walk towards Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the street, which will lead you to the Tiber River. At the river, turn right and follow the riverbank. Keep walking until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Cross the bridge, and as you reach the other side, you will find yourself in a square. Continue straight for a short distance, and you will arrive at Piazza dei Cinquecento, which is located at the entrance of the Termini Station.
Public Transport (Bus)
From St. Peter's Square, walk towards Via della Conciliazione and head to the bus stop at the end of the street. Look for the bus numbers 40 or 64, which will take you towards Termini Station. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the Termini stop. After getting off, follow the signs to Piazza dei Cinquecento, which is directly in front of the Termini Station.
Public Transport (Metro)
From St. Peter's Square, walk towards the nearest metro station, which is Ottaviano (Line A). Once you arrive at the Ottaviano station, take the Metro Line A towards Anagnina. Get off at the Termini station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs to Piazza dei Cinquecento, which is located just outside of Termini Station.
