Walk straight along this road for about 900 meters until you reach the Tiber River. Once you reach the river, turn right and continue walking along the riverbank until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo (Bridge of Angels). Cross the bridge and continue straight ahead until you reach the intersection with Via dei Coronari. Turn left onto Via dei Coronari and continue walking straight until you reach Piazza Mattei, which will be on your right.

    From St. Peter's Square, walk to the nearest bus stop at Piazza San Pietro. Take bus number 64 towards Termini Station. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop called 'Piazza Navona'. From there, it's a short 15-minute walk to Piazza Mattei. Head east on Corso del Rinascimento, continue straight until you reach Via dei Coronari, then turn right. Finally, walk straight until you reach Piazza Mattei on your left.
