Walking
From the Vatican Museums, exit the main entrance and turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Walk straight until you reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). Once you are at the square, continue walking straight towards Via della Conciliazione. When you reach the end of the street, turn right onto Via di Porta Cavalleggeri. Walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. After crossing, continue straight onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Walk for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Via Vittorio Veneto. Turn left onto Via Vittorio Veneto and walk for about 200 meters. The Museo e Cripta dei Cappuccini will be on your right at Via Vittorio Veneto, 27.

From the Vatican Museums, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Viale Vaticano. Catch bus number 81 towards 'Gare de Termini'. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at 'Via Vittorio Veneto' stop. After disembarking, walk straight for about 5 minutes, and you will find the Museo e Cripta dei Cappuccini at Via Vittorio Veneto, 27, on your left.
