From the exit of the Vatican Museums, head towards the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica, which is approximately a 10-minute walk. As you exit the museums, follow the signs for 'St. Peter's Basilica' and proceed straight ahead through the Vatican City. You will pass the Vatican Gardens on your right. Continue walking until you reach the magnificent Basilica. From there, the Apostolic Palace is directly adjacent and can be accessed by entering the Vatican Gardens area.

If you find yourself in the Raphael Rooms or the Sistine Chapel within the Vatican Museums, exit the Sistine Chapel and turn left to follow the path that leads to the main exit. Once outside, continue towards St. Peter's Square. The Apostolic Palace is located to the right of St. Peter's Basilica. You can admire the grandeur of the palace from the square.

If you are in the Gallery of Maps or the Gallery of Candelabra within the Vatican Museums, make your way towards the exit by following the signs. After exiting the museums, walk towards the large plaza in front of St. Peter's Basilica. Head towards the Basilica itself; the Apostolic Palace is situated just behind the Basilica, easily visible once you are in the square.
