Walking
From the Vatican Museums, exit through the main entrance. Once outside, turn left and walk down Viale Vaticano. Continue straight until you reach Piazza San Pietro. At this square, you will see St. Peter's Basilica ahead of you. Walk through the square, keeping the basilica on your left. Exit the square through the archway towards Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight on Via della Conciliazione until you reach the intersection with Via delle Fornaci. Turn left onto Via delle Fornaci and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via della Dogana Vecchia. Turn right onto Via della Dogana Vecchia, and Palazzo Giustiniani will be on your right at number 29.

From the Vatican Museums, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Viale Vaticano. Take the bus number 81 or 982 towards Stazione Termini. Disembark at the stop 'Corso Vittorio Emanuele II' after about 10 minutes. From there, walk towards Via di San Lorenzo in Lucina. Then turn left onto Via della Dogana Vecchia and continue straight until you reach Palazzo Giustiniani at number 29.
