Walking
From the Vatican Museums, exit the main entrance and head towards the nearby Via Tunisi. Turn left onto Via Tunisi and continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via Giulio Cesare. Take a right onto Via Giulio Cesare, and then continue until you reach Piazza del Risorgimento. The square will be visible ahead as you approach.
Walking
Alternatively, from the Vatican Museums, you can exit and walk towards the entrance of St. Peter’s Basilica. After enjoying the view, head towards the right side of the Basilica and follow the pathway that leads you to Via della Conciliazione. Once you reach Via della Conciliazione, walk straight until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the nearest bridge, and then follow the signs to Piazza del Risorgimento, which will be a short walk from the bridge.
