From the entrance of the Vatican Museums, head towards the exit which is clearly marked. Once you exit the museums, you will find yourself in Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). Walk towards the basilica, following the crowds or the signs pointing to St. Peter's Basilica. As you reach the basilica, look for the entrance on the right side of the building where you will find the entrance to the Vatican Necropolis. Note that access to the Necropolis is by guided tour only, so ensure you have reserved your spot in advance.
