Walking
If you are already in Vatican Necropolis, exit the site and head towards the main road, Via della Conciliazione. Walk straight until you reach the Tiber River. Once there, turn right and follow the riverbank until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo (St. Angelo Bridge). Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Via di Panico. This will lead you to Piazza Navona. From Piazza Navona, head towards Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Walk along this street until you reach Via del Plebiscito. Turn right and continue walking until you reach Piazza Venezia, where the Monument to Victor Emmanuel II is located.
