Walking
From the entrance of the Vatican Pinacoteca, head south towards the Vatican Museums exit. Once you exit, turn right and walk along Viale Vaticano. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Leone IV. Cross the street and continue straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass by several shops and cafes on your left. Keep walking until you reach Piazza del Risorgimento. From here, take the right exit towards Via della Conciliazione and continue straight until you reach the Tiber River. Turn left and walk along the riverbank for about 15 minutes until you reach Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge and continue straight, eventually leading you to Piazza Navona. From Piazza Navona, walk towards Corso del Rinascimento and then take a right onto Via del Gesù. The Chiesa del Gesù will be on your right in Piazza del Gesù.

If you are near the Vatican Museums, exit and turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Walk straight and follow the road as it curves to the right. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via di Monte Brianzo. Turn left on Via di Monte Brianzo and continue walking until you reach Largo di Torre Argentina. From Largo di Torre Argentina, take Via dei Cestari, which will lead you directly to Piazza del Gesù where the Chiesa del Gesù is located.

From Vatican Pinacoteca, walk to the nearest bus stop at Piazza del Risorgimento. Take bus number 87 towards Via dei Giubbonari. Get off at the stop called 'Corso Vittorio Emanuele/Navona'.
