From the Vatican Pinacoteca, exit the building and head towards the Vatican Museums exit. Once outside, turn left and walk along Viale Vaticano. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Turn right onto Via di Porta Angelica and walk until you reach the large square called Piazza del Sant'uffizio. The Circus of Nero or Circus of Caligula is located at Piazza del Sant'uffizio, just a short walk from here.

Alternatively, after exiting the Vatican Pinacoteca, you can take a more scenic route. Head towards the Vatican Gardens, which you can see from the exit.
