Walking
From the Vatican Pinacoteca, exit the museum and head towards the entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once you reach the main entrance, turn left and walk towards the entrance of the Vatican City walls. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the walls. You will see a large open area ahead. Keep walking straight until you reach Via della Conciliazione. Turn right onto Via della Conciliazione and continue walking. Follow the road until you reach the Tiber River. From there, cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Once you have crossed the bridge, turn left and walk along the riverbank until you reach the roundabout at Piazza di Spagna.

From the Vatican Pinacoteca, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Via Ottaviano. Take Bus Line 81 towards 'Piazza Venezia'. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Piazza di Spagna' stop. Once you exit the bus, you will be right at the entrance of Piazza di Spagna, where you can enjoy the beautiful Spanish Steps.
