From downtown Bennington, head southeast on Main St toward South St. Continue onto VT-67 E/West St for about 1.5 miles. Turn right onto Silk Rd, and in just a few minutes, you'll find the bridge on your right. There is no parking lot directly at the bridge, but you can find street parking nearby.

For those using public transportation, you can take the Green Mountain Express bus service, which operates in Bennington County. You need to catch a bus heading towards Bennington, and get off at the Main St & South St stop. From there, it is about a 20-minute walk. Head southeast on Main St, then continue onto VT-67 E/West St for about 1.5 miles. Turn right on Silk Rd, and the Silk Road Covered Bridge will be on your right. Please check the Green Mountain Express schedule for bus times and costs, as fares may apply.
