Getting There

• Car

  From the Bennington Battle Monument, head north on Monument Circle toward VT-67/West Main St. Turn left onto VT-67/West Main St and continue for approximately 0.7 miles. Turn right onto North St and follow it for about 1 mile. After that, turn left onto Woods Ln, and The Mile-Around Woods will be on your right. There is no parking fee, but ensure you park in designated areas.

• Public Transportation

  If you prefer public transportation, you can take a local bus (check the local schedule for routes and times) from the Bennington Battle Monument to the nearby area. Disembark at the nearest stop to North St, then walk north on North St for approximately 1 mile. Turn left onto Woods Ln, and The Mile-Around Woods will be on your right. Be aware that bus services may not run frequently, so plan your trip accordingly.

  If you are staying within walking distance, you can walk from the Bennington Battle Monument. Head north on Monument Circle, turn left onto VT-67/West Main St, then follow it for about 0.7 miles.
