Merge onto VT-100 N and follow the signs for Wilmington. After about 8 miles, turn right onto State Forest Rd. The Scott Covered Bridge will be on your left at 3049 State Forest Rd, Townshend, VT 05353. There is no parking fee.

For those using public transportation, take the Green Mountain Express bus service from Bennington to Townshend. You will need to check the bus schedule for the latest departure times. Once you arrive in Townshend, you will have to walk about 1.5 miles to get to Scott Covered Bridge. Head north on VT-30 and then turn left onto State Forest Rd. The bridge is located at 3049 State Forest Rd. Please be aware of the walking distance and check local transport costs.
