    From Camel's Hump State Park, start by exiting the park onto Camel's Hump Road. Continue on Camel's Hump Road until you reach the intersection with Vermont Route 100. Turn left onto Vermont Route 100 South. Follow this road for approximately 7 miles until you reach the intersection with Vermont Route 232. Turn right onto Vermont Route 232 and continue for about 4 miles. You will reach the Groton State Forest entrance located on your right side. Look for signage indicating the forest entrance. There is no entrance fee for Groton State Forest.

    Public transportation options may be limited in this rural area. However, if you are near a bus station in Waterbury or Montpelier, take the Green Mountain Transit bus towards Stowe.
