Continue on I-93 S for approximately 30 miles. Take exit 38 for US-3 N towards Franconia. After exiting, turn left onto US-3 N and follow for about 5 miles. Look for the signs to Artists Bluff as you approach Franconia. The parking area will be on your right, and there is no fee to park.
