Follow Route 2 north until you reach the junction with Route 314. Take Route 314 and continue until you reach the ferry terminal at the southern tip of Grand Isle. Take the ferry to Plattsburgh, NY (there is a small fee for the ferry, which varies depending on vehicle size and number of passengers). Once you arrive in Plattsburgh, follow the signs to Route 9. Continue on Route 9 until you reach the intersection with Route 3. Turn onto Route 3, and follow it for approximately 5 miles. Bluff Point Light will be located on Bluff Point, a short hike from the parking area.
