Car
If you are driving, start by getting onto US Route 15. Follow signs for Stowe/Burlington. Continue on US-15 until you reach I-89 South. Merge onto I-89 South and continue for about 10 miles. Take exit 14W to merge onto US-2 W toward Burlington. Continue on US-2 W for approximately 4 miles. Turn left onto North Avenue and follow it for about 1 mile. Ethan Allen Tower will be on your right at 1006 North Ave, Burlington, VT 05408. There is free parking available at the site.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, you can take the Green Mountain Transit bus service from Stowe or Morrisville to Burlington. Make sure to check the bus schedule on the Green Mountain Transit website for specific times. Once in Burlington, you can take the #11 bus from downtown Burlington to the North Avenue stop. From there, it's a short walk (about 0.5 miles) to Ethan Allen Tower located at 1006 North Ave. Be sure to check the bus fare, which is usually around $1.50 to $2.00.
