    From any point in Molly Stark State Park, head southeast on Route 9 towards the town of Wilmington. Continue on Route 9 for approximately 8 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 100. Turn left onto Route 100 North and follow it for about 10 miles until you reach the town of East Arlington. In East Arlington, keep an eye out for Lye Brook Road on your right. Turn onto Lye Brook Road and follow it until it ends at the Lye Brook Falls trailhead. Parking is available at the trailhead.
