From any location in Northeast Kingdom, head towards the town of Sutton, VT 05867. Use Route 5 or I-91 North to reach Sutton. If you're using Route 5, simply follow it until you reach the junction with Route 114. Turn onto Route 114 and continue for about 5 miles until you see signs for Willoughby State Forest. The entrance to the park will be on your left. There is no entrance fee for the park.
