Getting There

• Car

  From the center of Orleans, VT, head east on Main Street (VT-58) for approximately 0.5 miles. At the traffic light, turn left onto East Street. Continue on East Street for about 1 mile. Willoughby Falls will be on your right, at 150 East St, Orleans, VT 05860. There is limited parking available near the falls.

• Public Transportation

  If you're using public transportation, you will need to take the Green Mountain Transit (GMT) bus service from Newport, VT to Orleans. The bus departs from the Newport Transportation Center. Once you arrive at the Orleans stop, it's about a 15-minute walk to Willoughby Falls. Head east on Main Street (VT-58), then turn left onto East Street and walk for approximately 1 mile until you reach 150 East St, Orleans, VT 05860. • Bicycling

  For those who prefer biking, you can ride along East Street from the center of Orleans. The route is bike-friendly and takes you directly to Willoughby Falls. Start at Main Street (VT-58) and head east. After 0.5 miles, turn left onto East Street and continue for about 1 mile. The falls will be located on your right. Always wear a helmet and follow local traffic regulations.

• Walking

  If you are already in Orleans and prefer to walk, start at the center of town. Walk east along Main Street (VT-58) for about 0.5 miles, then turn left onto East Street. Continue for approximately 1 mile on East Street, and you will find Willoughby Falls on your right, at 150 East St, Orleans, VT 05860. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.
