Getting There

  From Rutland, VT, head southeast on US-7 S for approximately 17 miles. Take the exit toward VT-11 E and continue on VT-11 E for about 8 miles. Turn right onto VT-100 S, then after about 3 miles, take a left onto Ice House Rd. Follow Ice House Rd for 1.5 miles until you reach Lowell Lake State Park at 260 Ice House Rd, Londonderry, VT 05148. Parking is available on-site.

  To reach Lowell Lake State Park via public transportation, take the Green Mountain Express bus from Rutland to Londonderry. The bus operates several times a day, and you can check the schedule online. Once you arrive at the Londonderry stop, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to cover the remaining 5 miles to Lowell Lake State Park, as public transportation does not provide direct access to the park.
