If you are driving from downtown Montpelier, head south on US-302 E for about 14 miles. Merge onto VT-14 S and continue for approximately 7 miles until you reach a junction. Turn left onto VT-73 E and follow it for about 8 miles. Then, turn right onto Mt Independence Rd. Continue on Mt Independence Rd for about 3 miles, and you will arrive at Mount Independence, located at 472 Mt Independence Rd, Orwell, VT 05760.
