Car
If you are driving from Barre, head southeast on Main St toward S Main St. Continue on US-302 E for about 8 miles. Merge onto I-89 S and take Exit 8 toward Montpelier. After exiting, turn left onto Memorial Dr, then take a right onto State St. The Vermont State House will be on your left at 115 State St.
Car
From Waterbury, get onto I-89 N and take Exit 8 toward Montpelier. Turn right onto Memorial Dr after exiting. Continue straight, then take a right onto State St. The Vermont State House will be located on your left at 115 State St.
Public Transportation
If you're using the public bus, check the Green Mountain Transit schedule for the Montpelier route. Board the bus and ride until you reach the State House stop. Once you disembark, walk east on State St for a short distance, and the Vermont State House will be on your right at 115 State St.
Walking
If you are already in downtown Montpelier, simply head east on Main St until you reach State St. Turn left onto State St, and the Vermont State House will be located a few blocks down on your left at 115 State St.
