From the center of Woodstock, head east on Elm Street. Continue straight, and you will cross the Ottauquechee River. After crossing, take a left onto Route 12. Follow Route 12 until you reach the intersection with a small road called 'Mountain Ave'. Turn right onto Mountain Ave. Follow Mountain Ave as it winds uphill. At the top, you will find a small parking area and the trailhead for Mt Peg.
