From the center of Can Tho, head southeast toward Tran Van Ho Street. Follow Tran Van Ho until you reach the intersection with Nguyen Van Cu Street. Turn left onto Nguyen Van Cu and continue straight for about 5 km. You will pass by several shops and local eateries. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you toward Phong Dien. After approximately 10-15 minutes of cycling, you will reach the junction with DT926. Turn right onto DT926 and continue for about 3 km. The Historical Relic Victory He Hao will be on your left, just before you enter the village of Trường Long.

Motorbike Taxi (Xe Ôm)
While in Can Tho, you can easily find a motorbike taxi by looking for drivers near your hotel or at popular tourist spots. Tell the driver you want to go to 'Di tích lịch sử chiến thắng He Hao' in Phong Dien. The driver will take you along Nguyen Van Cu Street, passing through the city center and heading southeast. About 10-15 minutes into the ride, they will turn onto DT926. After approximately 3 km on DT926, the driver will stop at the Historical Relic Victory He Hao, which will be on the left side of the road.

Public Bus
To reach Historical Relic Victory He Hao by bus, find the nearest bus stop in Can Tho. Look for bus number 5, which goes towards Phong Dien. Board the bus and pay the fare (around 7,000 VND). Stay on the bus until you reach the Phong Dien bus station, which takes about 30-40 minutes. From the bus station, you can hire a local taxi or motorbike taxi to take you to the Historical Relic Victory He Hao. It is approximately a 10-minute ride from the bus station. Alternatively, if you prefer to walk, follow the directions given for cycling for a scenic route.
