Car
If you're driving, start from the center of Huế city. Head southeast on Đường Trần Hưng Đạo towards Đường Đào Duy Từ. Continue on Đường Đào Duy Từ until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit to Đường Trần Hưng Đạo, then turn right onto Đường Lê Lợi. After about 2 km, you will see the entrance to the Imperial City on your left. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a small fee.
Public Transportation (Bus)
To use public transportation, find the nearest bus stop in Huế city. Look for buses that head towards the Imperial City or ask locals for the right bus number. The fare is typically around 10,000 VND (about $0.45). Once you arrive at the Imperial City, walk towards the main entrance. The Flag Tower is located within the Imperial City complex.
Walking
If you're already near the Imperial City, you can walk to The Flag Tower. From the main entrance of the Imperial City, head straight into the complex and follow the path leading towards the central area. The Flag Tower is prominently visible and cannot be missed. It’s a short walk, taking about 10-15 minutes.
