I can’t recommend this tour enough. Firstly, a huge thank you to Lucas, the organiser. I’d accidentally booked the wrong date completely my fault!, but he was so kind, understanding and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and he sorted everything out without making me feel stressed. Customer service like that is incredibly rare. We felt incredibly lucky to have Owen as our guide. Owen is truly one in a million. He was friendly, professional and exceptionally knowledgeable, bringing the history and culture to life while happily answering everyone’s questions. It was a very hot day with a long hike, but Owen’s priority from start to finish was keeping everyone safe, making sure everyone had enough water, and checking that nobody was struggling in the heat. He genuinely cared about every person in the group, and it really showed. Thanks to Owen, this wasn’t just another tour—it became one of the highlights of my time in Da Nang and a day I’ll remember for a long time. A huge thank you to both Lucas and Owen. Lucas’s kindness before the tour and Owen’s outstanding guiding made the whole experience unforgettable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone visiting Da Nang.
