Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Da Nang city center, head towards the west along Trần Phú street until you reach the intersection with Lê Duẩn street. Turn right onto Lê Duẩn and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Nguyễn Văn Thoại street. Turn left onto Nguyễn Văn Thoại and follow it as it curves to the right into Võ Nguyên Giáp street. Continue straight until you reach the beach. From the beach, head north along the coast until you see a path leading up the hill towards Sơn Trà Peninsula. Follow the path uphill until you reach Nhà Vọng cảnh, which is located at the top of the hill, offering a scenic view of the surrounding area.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  From the Da Nang city center, locate a bus stop and take bus number 1 or 2 towards Sơn Trà. Confirm the destination with the bus driver if necessary. The bus will take you along the coast and drop you off near the entrance to Sơn Trà Peninsula. Once you get off the bus, follow the signs for the hiking trails that lead up to Nhà Vọng cảnh. The path is well-marked, and the hike will take about 30 minutes, offering lovely views of the coast along the way.

• Cycling

  Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Da Nang. Start from the city center and head towards Nguyễn Văn Thoại street. Cycle down Nguyễn Văn Thoại until you reach Võ Nguyên Giáp street. Continue straight to the beach and then turn north along the coastal road. Look for the signs for Sơn Trà Peninsula and follow the road uphill. The cycling path is scenic and relatively safe, leading you directly to Nhà Vọng cảnh.
