If you are near My Khe Beach, head east towards Lê Hữu Khánh Street. Continue walking along the beach promenade until you reach the intersection with Lê Hữu Khánh. Turn left onto Lê Hữu Khánh Street and walk straight for about 500 meters. Yarra Building will be on your right at 2 Lê Hữu Khánh.

You can take Bus No. 1 or No. 5 from any bus stop in Ngũ Hành Sơn District. Get off at the 'Khuê Mỹ' stop. From there, walk about 300 meters south on Lê Hữu Khánh Street, and you will find Yarra Building at 2 Lê Hữu Khánh. The bus fare is around 5,000 VND.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from your location in Ngũ Hành Sơn. Use local bike lanes if available. Head towards Lê Hữu Khánh Street, and once you reach it, ride for about 1 kilometer. Yarra Building will be on your right at 2 Lê Hữu Khánh. Make sure to wear a helmet for safety.
